Member accounts identify entrants. Giveaway IDs separate each week. Entry awards store the member, reason, quantity, evidence reference, timestamp, and approving admin. Duplicate awards are prevented.
Referral tracking uses a unique referral code saved at signup. A new friend counts after email verification and eligibility checks; self-referrals, reused accounts, and suspicious batches are reviewed.
Social proof goes into an admin queue. For stories, submit proof before they disappear. Screenshots are supporting evidence, not automatic proof. Public post links and tag notifications help confirm the share.
Drawing records retain the closed entry snapshot, total tickets, random ticket, winner, alternates, and prize-claim status. A redraw requires a documented reason and uses the original pool.
Before opening: publish official rules, eligibility, closing time in Central time, prize details, claim deadline, privacy terms and a free entry route. Do not require a purchase or a marketing subscription. Social-share bonuses need a clear sweepstakes disclosure and platform review.
